Palms 7 Rangers 0
After several weak offensive outings, Troy Munoz came through with the pitching performance that the team needed, throwing a complete game shutout. He wriggled out of a bases loaded 9th inning jam to preserve the shutout in Arlington. Of course, the dominant performance came on an evening in which the Miami offense snapped out of it's slump. The 2-5 hitters all hit solo homers into right field over the course of the game. The Palms are now 6 games back.
