Mariners 3, Palms 1
The pitchers duel that wasn't on Friday came to fruition on Saturday as Dallas Chastanet battled new Mariner Ian Snell. Chastanet gave up a pair of homers and struggled to get out of 4 of his 6 innings. Even so, his outing wasn't bad, and a combination of Dennis Sarfate and Felix Gonsales prevented the Mariners from getting any baserunners. The Palms mustered only 6 hits against Snell and the Mariners bullpen, scoring their only run on a bases loaded walk to Frank Sohn.
