The Win Poacher

So far this season, Javier Vazquez strong outings have led to his having the most wins on the team. You would be pretty hard pressed to find the pitcher in second on that list. It's none other than middle reliever Felix Gonsales. He tends to come in during tie games or just before a Palms rally. He isn't like typical win poachers, earning his wins by first blowing his leads, but his 4.86ERA suggests that he isn't exactly an elite pitcher. Those peripherals are tough to judge by, however, because he has a good control and one of the lowest opposing batting averages of all pitchers, so his 9 wins aren't exactly undeserved.
That said, it would be nice if the Palms could find a compliment to Vazquez in their starting rotation, rather than waiting until the middle relief.
