A's 4, Palms 3

The A's managed to hit a pair of 2 run homers in the first and fourth inning, off the bats of Jack Cust and Matt Watson. Eddie Black drove in all three runs for the Palms with his 19th homer and a triple. Over the course of the rest of the game, the Palms continuously got men on base but failed to drive them home. Dave Balierough went 8 strong, with the two home runs being the only permanent damage, but still doing enough to give him the loss.
