Palms 7, Rays 3
After Manny Parra tweaked his hamstring in the 4th inning on a Ben Zobrist ground ball, the bullpen came in and swept the Rays away, allowing only one run to the potent Rays offense. On offense, the Palms got a two run homer from Ryan Henning and two RBI from Frank Sohn and Martin Prado on separate occasions to take the first game of this 4 game set with their cross state rivals. After 14 games with hits, Eddie Black is now hitless in his last two.
