Palms 7, Cubs 4

The Cubs jumped on Manny Parra early in this one, including a two run homer from Derrek Lee. They added two more before he finally was extracted in the 5th, replaced by a bullpen that pitched extremely well. Art McLoughlin went 2+ for the win while Buddy Carlyle got his 8th save of the season. Eddie Black extended his hitting streak to 12 games, while Frank Sohn and Ryan Henning added triples, their first of the season. Henning was a home run away from a cycle.
