White Sox 4, Palms 3

Gavin Floyd and Manny Parra pitched a solid game for their respective teams. Floyd allowed one run in the second, while Parra allowed two runs on a home run by light hitting Scott Podsednik. The late innings saw two runs scored from both sides, with Troy Tulowitzki hitting a two run home run in the 8th. Unfortunately for Miami, Felix Gonsales gave up 5 singles and 2 runs in the top of the inning, and the White Sox ended up winning the series opener.
