The Rangers provided all the fireworks on this Independence Day, hitting 6 home runs off of Miami pitching. Javier Vazquez gave up 4, while Felix Gonsales gave up his first bomb of the year, to Michael Young, and promptly gave up his second to the next batter, Marlon Byrd. Byrd hit two homers, including a three run blast in the 2nd. The Palms continued to pile up the hits, getting 16, including a 4-5 game from Troy Tulowitzki.
