Miami had another offensive explosion against a young A's pitcher. Billy Dupont was a home run short of the cycle and Troy Tulowitzki was able to snap out of his two game hitless streak, getting 5 hits and 4 RBI. Seven of Miami's runs came in the first three innings. Manny Parra had his second solid outing in a row as the Palms went on for the win.
