Starting Pitcher: Javier Vazquez

Javier Vazquez has been a welcome addition as a stabilizing presence at the top of the rotation for the Palms for the past season and month. Last season he ate up innings preserving the bullpen and going 13-9. His ERA was less than eye popping at over 5.00, but the nearly 200 innings were the real kicker. So far in 2010, his ERA is down, but his inning count is still high, which is good, considering how bad the bullpen has been so far.
