At least there was no suspense for the Palms in this one. The Mariners scored early and often off Dave Balierough and the bullpen, including usually reliable Don Schoppe and Dennis Sarfate. The Palms got a 2 run double from Frank Sohn, but the 19 hits the Mariners had was just too much, and the Palms were unable to recover.
