Palms 3, Blue Jays 2

The Palms welcomed Toronto to town to begin a 4 game set in Miami. The score may suggest a pitchers duel, but it really wasn't, not for the starters at least. Miami scored all three of their runs in the first 4 innings, all driven in by Ayoz Sadan, two on a home run in the 4th. The Blue Jays scored their runs in the 4th and 5th innings. Combined, the two bullpens through 8 innings of scoreless ball, with Toronto accounting for all 4 hits off the relievers. Buddy Carlyle allowed 3 of them in a stressful save.
