Pitchers heading to BP
With the extended road trip for the Palms, the Palms had to take to the cage for the first time while in Minnesota this afternoon. The first pitcher that will have the chance to wield a bat is going to be Troy Munoz in Atlanta. He has had three seasons to hit, and he has never really done well at the plate. Manny Parra and Javier Vazquez have played in the National League, and may be the best bets to be successful at the plate. There are 9 games coming in which the pitchers will need to take there swings, and Munoz, Parra and Vazquez will have two chances. The rad games will be against Atlanta, Milwaukee and Cincinnati, while they are looking forward to home sets against the Phillies and Nationals.
