Palms 5, Reds 4
The second game of the set in the Queen City was a see saw battle if ever there was one. Billy Dupont's 2 run homer in the first gave the Palms an early lead. At three to one in the 6th, Art McLaughlin came in and promptly allowed the Reds to score three, including a lead off homer from Drew Stubbs. The next half inning, Eddie Black hit his second homer in two games, driving in two to put the Palms on top for good. McLaughlin was the lucky winner, despite his dreadful inning of work.
