Palms 5, White Sox 3

The Palms ended the first half of the year on a winning note, defeating the Chicago White Sox 5-3 in Chicago. Miami got out to a quick start, scoring two in the first thanks to a lead off triple from Coco Crisp and a couple of RBI singles. Later, Steve Drysdale hit a homerun to lead off the 6th and Billy Dupont and Nick Markakis had back to back doubles to score another. Dayan Viciedo hit a two run homer in the second to account for most of the Chicago runs, but it wasn't enough to earn the W.
