Yankees 6, Palms 5

A two run 2nd and a Breck Smythe homer in the 5th helped lead the Palms to 5-2 lead. Unfortunately, the team couldn't add to that total, and for the first time this season, the Palms bullpen blew a game. With a three run lead in the 8th for the Palms, Jose Molina hit a 2 run homer to bring it within one, and two batters later, Derek Jeter hit the game winning homerun off of Art McLoughlin. It was another rough outing for McLoughlin, who is yet to get through an outing unscathed.
