Palms 7, Yankees 5

The Palms finally had their home opener in Miami tonight, and it was a thriller. The Palms looked like their first game of the season, hitting 4 home runs. 3 Of them came off the bat of John Jaso, but he managed to hit all three of them with the bases empty. It will be Tony Abreu's first home run of the year that everyone will be talking about. With the Yankees up 5-4 with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th, Abreu took a big cut and Andrew Miller's first offering and hit it into the upper deck, giving the Palms the walk off win. Of course, the takeaway that Abreu noted at the end of the game was that he drove in as many runs as Jaso, despite hitting only one home run.
