Closer: Francisco Rodriguez

Francisco Rodriguez was one of the big bullpen acquisitions before last year rolled around, and he mostly performed to expectations. He had 48 saves in 54 opportunities, with a 3.42 ERA. The biggest addition he brought to the table, however, was allowing Manny Parra to move back to the rotation, where he now anchors that role. Rodriguez has had a long history as a closer, and will be at the back end of what should be a much stronger pen.
