Palms 2, Yankees 1

The Palms managed to score two quick runs off C.C. Sabathia, including a solo homer from Frank Sohn, and that proved to be all the team needed as Javier Vazquez had one of his best outings of the year, throwing 8 innings of 4 hit ball, with the Yankees scoring when his former teammate Nick Swisher homered off of Vazquez. Buddy Carlyle had a white knuckle outing to get the save.
