Palms 4, Red Sox 1

Dallas Chastanet, pitching out of the 5th spot in the rotation, continued to dominate opponents, getting to 4-0 for the year. Against the Red Sox, at Fenway on Saturday, Chastanet managed to hold the Red Sox to one run, a Dustin Pedroia home run. The Palms were able to score all four of their runs on home runs. Solo blasts by Breck Smythe and Ayoz Sadan and a two run shot by Randy Winn. Tense moments came in the 8th, as the Red Sox loaded the bases with no outs before Chastanet struck out Pedroia and David Ortiz, and induced Kevin Youkilis into a groundout to Martin Prado at third.
