Indians 7, Palms 0

The Indians sent 10 to the plate in the first inning, scoring 6 runs. It was more than enough for Carl Pavano, who shut the Palms down almost entirely. The Palms managed only 3 hits, and two were off the bat of Randy Winn. The Indians got hits from the first three hitters, and added 8 more throughout the game. After Manny Parra was shelled in the first two innings, the Palms bullpen shut the Indians down. It didn't matter, obviously, as the Palms were unable to come close to putting an offense together.
