Tigers 6, Palms 2

The Tigers got to Lucas Harrell early, scoring two early runs on a Miguel Cabrera homerun. The Palms were mostly held at bay by Max Scherzer, scoring only twice thanks in part to a solo home run from Steve Drysdale. The Tigers strung together hits, as that powerful offense often does, while the Palms were in suspended animation. The series goes to Detroit tied at 1.
