Blue Jays 7, Palms 1

The Palms weren't impressive in their season finale. As has plagued them so many times this year, a grand slam did the Palms in. Edwin Encarnacion had the big blast off of Javier Vazquez. The final pitch thrown by the Palms was from Felix Gonsales, which resulted in a flyout to Frank Sohn. Josh Fields got the last homerun, run and RBI for the Palms, while Jaspero Gonzalez netter the last hit. Frank Sohn was the last batter, and ended the season with a lineout to Adam Lind.
