Palms 6, Twins 4
The Twins started things off right, as Joe Mauer led the game off with a solo home run for the Twins at Target Field. Miami did most of their damage in the 4th inning, scoring 4 runs, with 3 of them coming on back to back doubles from Nick Markakis and Pat Grant. Each would add another RBI later, with Grant's coming on a home run.
