Palms pitching needs K's

The Palms did their best to bolster their bullpen this year, but it's clear that the team needs to do more for their rotation in 2016. The top ERAs on the team belong to Blake Johnston and Manny Parra who each strike out fewer than 5 per 9 innings. The best strikeout pitcher is Erik Bedard, who is retiring at the end of this season, and truly has been ineffective at any other facet of pitching.
Manny Parra has been the best of the pitchers this season for Miami, but he also has the lowest K/9 rate on the team. If Miami wants to improve next season, they need more effective starters.
