July MVP: Matt Holliday

Despite a fairly brutal month for Holliday, he was named the month's MVP, primarily because the Palms recognized how lost they were when he wasn't playing well. He was strong at the beginning of the month, and the Palmse were winning. When he struggled through the middle of the month, so too did Miami.  Matt Holliday, in the truest sense of the word.
