Tigers 7, Palms 4
Felix Gonsales probably stayed in a little too long. He did well, keeping the Tigers at bay through 5 innings, but three runs in the 6th and 7th were the Palms' undoing. The Tigers also drove in two on a Ramon Santiago double in the 8th off of Dennis Sarfate. The Palms, to their credit, scored all 4 of their runs in the 5th, finally breaking through vs. Rick Porcello. The inning was capped by Jaspero Gonzalez' 15th home run of the season.
