Palms 8, Yankees 5

The Palms went to the Bronx skidding, preparing for a tough 4 game set. Nothing went to plan, with a game getting rained out and the Palms eventually sweeping their divisional rivals. The Palms did most of their damage in the 1st, when Jose Molina hit a grand slam. The Palms kept adding runs, because so did the Yankees. They scored 4 on Ivan Fernandez over his 8 innings of work, and another in the 9th, but Manny Parra came in for the quick save.
