Palms 2, Angels 0

 The Palms earned a crucial series victory in their last multi stop road trip of the season. Miami scored twice in the first inning, after a Nick Markakis walk, an Edwin Encarnacion double and a Chris Korb single. Blake Johnston was on point. After getting a double play with the bases loaded in the first inning for his first two outs, there was no more drama. Johnston ultimately worked 8 innings of 8 hit ball with 5 strikeouts. Chris Martin had a nervy save, but struck out three to wrap up the series. The Palms go to Philadelphia to play the Phillies next.
