Red Sox 5, Palms 1

Miami learned for sure that the Red Sox are the team to beat this year in the AL East. They were thoroughly dominated by Rick Porcello, who went 7 innings, scattering 7 hits and striking out 6. The Boston offense wasn't to be trifled with either, as they hit three home runs, two off of starter Manny Parra, including a 2 run blast from Jackie Bradley Jr. The Palms couldn't recover, and dropped the series to their rivals up the coast.
