Palms ready for divisional test
Late in May, the Palms are sitting at 31-15, which is the best mark in Major League Baseball. Miami has played many teams that are towards the bottom of their respective division’s standings, as well as the entirety of the National League Central already, but they haven’t really had a tough foray into the American League East, which is both difficult and the source of most of their games. The Palms hope to carry their momentum into these games against divisional foes, starting first with a road series against the Boston Red Sox. Boston has hovered around .500 so far this year, but with excellent pitching and hitters that began emerging last year, it won’t be long until they have a hot streak like Miami’s.
