Palms pitchers at the plate
Pitchers aren't very good hitters at the professional level, but after their first series in a National League stadium, the Palms pitchers shouldn't be embarrassed.by their performance over the weekend. Tehy went 2-7 at the plate. Oliver Perez even hit a line drive double, while they only struck out once (John Danks against Matt Garza). They were against the best pitchers the Brewers bad to offer and did just fine. Still, it will be nice to have Steve Drysdale back in the lineup.
