Javier Vazquez comes back from a shakey start

Since a rough 3 inning outing against hte Pirates back in June, Javier Vazquez has become a stable, front of the rotation arm. He has pitched at least 4 every game since that time, allowing no runs in 3 starts, and never more than 5. He has seen his ERA drop to the 4.30 range as his W-L record is a more tolerable 7-11.
